【January30th】Learning many things:)

Hello,today is January30th.
Today after internship I attended this event

I had a 10 min presentation in this event,and I had a opportunity to hear some people's presentation.Those are thing what I learned yesterday(Sorry I wrote this in Japanese)

•自分が学びたい、学べるという環境に身をおくことの大切さ（働き始めても）
•日本人の強みとは何か（例えば：インド人と争うということではなく、協調性を武器としてインド人を使える視点を持つ事）
•仕事は好きだからやってられる
•アメリカは勉強する人を応援する文化
⇒子供が小さく、両親がいきなり大学院に行くことになっても子供のランチがフリーになる制度がある。
•人は人に頼られることでやりがいを感じるもの

I learned many things,but I though that I need more and more knowledge.

After event I went to dinner with one of business women:)We talked a lots,and it was very good time:)Actually I want to write the detail of this conversation.So,I'll write it tmr's blog ,sorry now I'm so sleepy.
